Online Rock Lessons exists for one reason: to give piano and keyboard players the clear path, the real skills, and the musical freedom that traditional lessons never delivered.
For too long, learning piano meant years of sight reading, rigid technique, and perfecting one song at a time — only to still not know what to do when someone hands you a leadsheet.
That’s not a talent problem. That’s a teaching problem.
Online Rock Lessons was built to fix that. To give you a real method for turning chords into music, a clear roadmap that shows you exactly where to go, and a community of players who are on the same journey.
This is piano learning built for the way music actually works today.
I believe piano shouldn’t be boring or stuck in theory books. Music is meant to be played, shared, and performed, whether it’s at home, on stage, or with your band.
Online Rock Lessons is a community of passionate players from all over the world, learning chords, styles, and songs together, not by following dusty methods, but by making music they actually love.

I believe chords are the fastest path to musical freedom. When you understand how chords work, you stop memorizing and start playing.

I believe learning should be built around the music you actually love. Pop, rock, and blues are not lesser genres, they're where real musicianship lives.

I believe every player deserves a clear path. Not random lessons, not endless theory, a real roadmap that shows you exactly what to do next.
Most piano lessons are still stuck in old methods, heavy theory, and endless sight reading, leaving players bored, frustrated, and no closer to actually making music.
I’m bringing together players from all over the world who are done with that approach. People who want to learn chords, play real songs, and finally sound like the musicians they’ve always wanted to be.
Through my programs, live events, and community, I’ve already helped thousands of players discover what happens when piano learning finally makes sense.
Learn the chord skills and accompaniment styles that turn any progression into real music.
Break free from sight reading and learn how to jam, improvise, and perform with confidence.
Go from playing alone at home to sharing music with friends, family, or even on stage.
I’m a classically trained pianist who spent years learning to sight read every note on the page. I could read anything you put in front of me. But when I finally picked up a leadsheet and tried to play the music I actually loved, pop, rock, blues, I had no idea what to do with it.
Nobody taught me that part. How to take chords and make them groove. How to arrange a song from a lead sheet. How to sound like a musician instead of someone pressing keys in the right order.
So I figured it out myself.
That process eventually led me to a career I never could have imagined as a classical student. I spent years on the road playing live with artists like Corey Hart and Uncle Kracker, performing on stages I once only dreamed about.
Touring taught me things no classroom ever could. How to hold a groove under pressure. How to read a room and make a song feel alive. How to adapt, improvise, and perform when everything around you is unpredictable. But it also showed me how hard that world can be, and how much musicians need real skills, not just theory, to survive and thrive in it.
When I came off the road, I knew exactly what I wanted to build. A place where piano players could learn the real skills that nobody had taught me. Not sight reading exercises. Not rigid methods. But chords, rhythm, groove, and a clear path that actually leads somewhere.
After years of privately teaching my own method to hundreds of students, I launched Online Rock Lessons to bring it to players everywhere who are stuck in the same place I once was.
If you know your chords but can’t make them sound like music yet, this is exactly where you need to be.

‘’Just letting you know that your site is absolutely awesome. I just joined a few days ago, I am a subscriber to some really good Jazz online sites, but wanted to explore rock Piano..”
